제목 Novel Polyurethane using random and tri-block hydroxyl-terminated polyether
초록 Two kinds of Hydorxy-Terminated Polyether(HTPE) were synthesized by cationic ring-opening copolymerization by using random copolymerization of THF and ethylene oxide(EO) with 1,4-butandiol, and polymerizing of EO in the presence of Poly-THF via activated monomer mechanism, which could lead to random (EO-ran-THF) and tri-block HTPE(PEG-PTHF-PEG). Well-defined random and block HTPE were found to be as the prepolymer for novel polyurethane. Cross-linked polyurethane were synthesized in the presence of N-100 and IPDI as curing reagents with catalyst TPB. Curing behavior and mechanical properties of polyurethane were siudied.
