제목 Synthesis and luminescent properties of 3,6-linked carbazole polymers containing the DCM pendant group.
초록 The carbazole containing polymers have good thermal and photochemical stability, film forming property, and relatively high charge carrier mobilities. So it was investigated in a wide variety of applications such as electrophotography and light-emitting diodes. In this study, we synthesized (E)-2-(2-(4-(3,6-dibromo -9H-carbazol-9-yl)styryl)-6-methyl-4H-pyran-4-ylidene)malononitrile as the red emitting material via introducing the DCM unit into the 3,6-dibromocarbazole. Copolymerization of this compound and 3,6-dibromo-N -ethylhexyl carbazole was conducted by Yamamoto coupling reaction. The effects of DCM unit contents on photophysical properties was investigated on UV-vis and PL spectrophotometer. Polymer EL devices was fabricated to consider the application of white-lighting polymer layer.
