Two-dimensional nanofillers/polymer nanocomposites have been attracted great interests as high-energy-density materials since two-dimensional nanosheets can efficiently release internal heat by distributing electric field homogeneously to improve dielectric breakdown strength of nanocomposites. In this study, two-dimensional silicates can form chemical bonding are introduced to increase breakdown strength of P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) which is ferroelectric polymer with high dielectric constant but low dielectric breakdown strength. The nanocomposite thin films were prepared by solution casting and hot press method. Through XRD and FT-IR spectra of nanocomposites films crystal structure and chemical bonds are confirmed. And dielectric permittivity, leakage current, P-E loops, breakdown strength and energy density of the nanocomposites were obtained. |
