제목 Optimization of saccharification from alginate using Stenotrophomonas maltophilia
초록 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia for saccharification of alginate was isolated from East Sea in Korea. This strain was identified by ITS, API 20NE Kit, and morphology using scanning electron microscopy. Various environmental factors, such as inoculation time and volume, pH, alginate concentration, temperature, RPM, NaCl concentration, and nitrogen sources and its concentration affecting saccharification from alginate using S. maltophilia were investigated in a flask. Under the optimized conditions, scale up was carried out in reactor. Additionally, the logistic model to describe the cell growth and Leudecking-Piret model for saccharification in a reactor were proposed.
