제목 Thermoelectric Materials Development Based on Nanoparticle Incorporation
초록 In order to enhance thermoelectric properties of the materials, we need to control the microstructure of the matrix carefully. In this presentation, the recent development of precise control of nanoparticle incorporation has been handled based on Bi-Te thermoelectric materials. Several nanoparticles are incorporated with Bi-Te based alloys by mixing nanoparticles or in-situ synthetic process. This nanoparticle approach could enhance the power factor by carrier filtering effect and decrease thermal conductivity as well. Overall, we could change the temperature dependence of Bi-Te based thermoelectric materials and enhance thermoelectric performances significantly.
