Oligomerizations of Ethylene with Homonuclear Bimetallic Ni(Ⅱ) Catalysts |

Synthesis and characterization of [4-((4-Bromo-phenyl)-di{2,6-dimethyl-4-[(6-methyl-pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-amine]} ligand and [4-((4-Methoxy-phenyl)-di{2,6-dimethyl-4-[(6-methyl-pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-amine]} and theirs bimetallic Ni(II) complexes for olefin oligomerization were performed. Ligand structure is confirmed with IR and NMR spectroscopy. Oligomerization of ethylene has been carried out with these Ni(II) catalysts. Effect of catalysts amount and cocatalyst type on activity and reaction products were examined. Synthesized oligomers were characterized using GC. |
