제목 Interfacial and Wetting Properties of CF/Epoxy Composites using Electrical Resistance Measurement with 2 Different Epoxy Hardeners
초록 In this work interfacial and wetting properties of TGDDM epoxy resin with two different chemical structure hardeners was evaluated by electrical resistance (ER) measurement. The heat of the reaction of TGDDM epoxy with two different hardeners, 33 and 44 DDS, was analyzed by DSC. Mechanical property of the TGDDM epoxy matrix was different by two different chemical structures of the DDS type of hardener. ER-wetting measurement and microdroplet test were used for evaluating the spreading effect and interfacial shear strength (IFSS) of TGDDM epoxy resin with 2 different hardeners. The relation between of ER wetting results and IFSS was consistent with each other. Ultimately interfacial and wetting properties of epoxy composites was possible to estimate ER wetting measurement.
