폐기물 탄소섬유 및 PET를 이용한 탄소섬유복합재료의 제조 및 평가 |

Method of recycle and conversion to eco-composite were needed because of CFRC waste. So new method for the recycling of CFRC were studied. Carbon fiber (CF) mat was extracted from waste of CF prepreg using pyrolysis method and the PET to be used as a resin was made to waste of PET bottles. CF mat and PET were laid up alternately and pressure and heat were applied using hot press. Interfacial property of CF/PET composite was analyzed to measure interlaminar shear strength(ILSS) and mechanical property was analyzed to measure tensile and flexural strength. The evaluation of wetting PET into CF was confirmed using FE-SEM. It is thought that the recycle of carbon fibers and PET is simple, effective and economical by the compressive method.
