Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) and Cadmium Tellurate (CdTeO3) thin films and powders have been obtained by solution based deposition processes such as CBD(Chemical Bath Deposition), CFR(Continuous Flow Reaction), Modified Spray CFR in this research.We have mainly characterized materials by X-ray diffraction(XRD) in order to investigate of influence over the annealing conditions that are vacuum, air, N2, respectively. The structures of materials showed cubic and hexagonal phases with different Te sources like TeO2 and Na2TeO3 under reduction agent(Hydrogen hydrate, Te4+Te2- reaction) and catalytic agent(NH4OH). The Influence of Oxygen defect in the mixture of CdTe andCdTeO3 was explained by EDS and XPS analysis. |
