제목 | Fabrication of DNA Aptamer-Organic Phosphor Hybrid Assembly for the Recognition of Tumor Marker |
초록 | Fluorescence bio-sensor materials have advantages of high quantum yield, simple processes, and low cost. So, currently commercialized and used. However, the optical overlap between the luminescence of a fluorescent material and the autofluorescence of a biomaterial is a challenge to be solved. In this study, to overcome this limitation, we used a strategy to bypass autofluorescence by using pure organic phosphorescence material. Herein, we used aptamer, the oligonucleotide or peptide molecules that bind to specific target molecules, as a probe to recognize the prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA). We hybridized with aptamer and organic phosphor to make aptamer-organic phosphor hybrid assembly. The amplification of the phosphorescence intensity and lifetime after target recognition were observed. Furthermore, we confirmed the change in the crystal arrangement of the aptamer-organic phosphor material after recognition of the target. We fabricated an aptamer-pure organic phosphor structure to utilize an autofluorescence detour strategy, and at the same time confirmed the photophysical change through target recognition. |
