제목 Efficient inverted organic solar cells based on graphene cathodes
초록 Organic solar cells (OSCs) exceeded power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 10% and have a potential to be used for flexible electronics However, indium tin oxide (ITO), electrodes of OSCs, is brittle so unsuitable for flexible OSCs. Therefore, finding an alternative flexible electrode is important to develop flexible OSCs. Here, we developed iOSCs with graphene cathode. Coating problem of sol-gel derived ZnO is solved by adding fluorosurfactant Zonyl to ZnO precursor solution. With the modified ZnO, we successfully fabricated iOSCs with graphene cathode and the PCE of the device was 7.5% which was identical to that of an otherwise –identical device with an ITO cathode.
