제목 공기분리를 위한 압력스윙 흡착공정의 성능평가
초록 This work presents an experimental study of a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unit running a traditional four cycle and a cycle with pressure equalization step for oxygen separation from air using a molecular sieve 5A. The effects of pressurization step duration, adsorption step duration, and pressure equalization step duration on the product purity, recovery, and productivity were investigated. The optimum operating conditions were observed for given oxygen purity in the product. The experimental results can provide guidance for searching appropriate operating conditions to achieve desired product quality in PSA process.
