제목 Synthesis and Molecular Engineering of Perfluorinated TPD-Based Copolymers with Variable Donor Units for Polymer Solar Cells
초록 Donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) copolymers have allowed for an effective strategy for tailoring the properties of conjugated polymers for applications in organic photovoltaics (OPVs). In designing new polymers for OPVs, many parameters must be considered such as optical band gap, absorption coefficient, oxidation and reduction potentials, charge carrier mobility, molecular weight, morphology, crystallinity and solubility. For molecular engineerging of copolymers for polymer solar cells, various donor units originate from electron-donating compounds such as benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene, cyclopenta[2,1-b:3,4-b′]dithiophene and dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]silole which have been copolymerized with promising acceptors such as thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione(TPD) to understand the structure−property relationships and improve the performance. Here, synthesis and molecular engineering of perfluorinated TPD-based copolymers with variable donor units for polymer solar cells will be presented.
