제목 Synthesis and Characterization of a Dithienocarbazole-Isoindigo Based Oligomer for Organic Solar Cell
초록 Short circuit current density of organic solar cells, which is one of the most important parameters to achieve high energy conversion efficiency, is largely affected by light absorption property of active materials and charge mobility of active layers. Thus in order to increase the conversion efficiency of organic solar cells, p-type materials should be developed such that their absorption ranges are wide enough along with high molar absorptivity. In this study, we synthesized a new oligomer from dithienocarbazole and isoindigo as electron-donor and electron-acceptor, respectively. The compound exhibits an absorption range of 350-650nm with a relatively high molar absorptivity. The synthesis and results on its characterizations closely related photovoltaic applications of the oligomer will be presented in detail.
