| 제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of New Material for Solution-Processed Organic Thin Film Transistors |
| 초록 | In this study, we have synthesized new material for solution-processed organic thin film transistors. The structure of new material was confirmed using FT-IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR, and mass spectroscopy. In addition, this material characterized using electrochemical and physical chemistry methods. Electrochemical and optical properties of new material were studied by UV-vis, PL spectrum, CV. The thermal properties were determined by TGA and DSC. |
