Li-ion battery is leading secondary batter for high energy density and lightness. But the application for electric vehicles and ESS is hindered due to its low capacity. So there have been various trials to develop alternative batteries. Among them, Li-S battery has attracted much attention because it has high capacity and use low-cost active materials. However the active material, sulfur dissolves as polysulfide intermediates while charging and discharging that result in capacity decreas and poor cycle performance. So we tried to develop new cathode materials that can block the elution of polysulfide. In our study, P-doped ordered meso-microporous carbon was synthesized by nanocasting and coating method using SBA-15 as hard template. Hereat, we controlled the amount of phosphoric acid and coated carbon. The as-synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N2-sorption isotherm and scanning electron microscope(SEM). |
