Effect of catalysts on the curing behavior of HTPB/IPDI urethane reaction. |
초록 |
The curing behavior of the polymerization reaction of polyurethane was studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The effect of three curing catalysts, dibutyl tin dilaurate (DBTDL) and ferric tris-acetylacetonate (FeAA) and Triphenyl bismuth(TPB) on the curing behavior was also studied. Curing behavior was evaluated using the multiple heating rates. Activation energy (Ea) for the catalyzed reaction was determined by Kissinger and Ozawa method. It was presented with the initial, peak and final temperatures by peaks. It would be valuable information for the thermal processing of polyurethane. |
