제목 RAFT polymerization in Supercritical carbondioxide for nano-application
초록 To synthesize speciality oligomers required for the fabrication in the field of nano material, one of the contorolled-living polymerzations, RAFT was used. As reaction media, Supercritical carbondioxide, which is both environment-friendly property and tunable solvent-power were used. In order to this research, Reactors were designed and constructed for supercritical polymerization. Additionally, the chain transfer agents, O-Phenyl-S-[1-(Phenylethyl)] Dithiocarbonate and S-[1-(1,1-Dimethylethyl)]-O-Phenyl Dithiocarbonate were synthesized for RAFT polymerization. Hydrophobic MMA(methyl methacrylate) as monomers and AIBN(α,α'-azobisisobutyronitrile) as initiators were used, and then the variation of PDI(polydispersity)was verified, depending on the amount of initiator, reaction time and various kinds of CTA.
