제목 One pot synthesis of indoles through tyrosine-meditated peptide-polypyrrole supported palladium catalyst
초록 Since the indolic compounds have many biological activities and structural diversity, numerous synthetic approaches have been developed for the last decades. The well known approach to synthesize indolic compounds are cross-coupling reaction with transition metal catalysts. Moreover, one pot synthesis of indolic compounds has been the current issue in the field of pharmacology. However, direct synthesize indole ring system has been limited due to harsh reaction conditions. Recently, we have found that tyrosine containing peptide film can be used as a template for polymerizarion of pyrrol and fabrication Pd nanoparticles (NPs) on it. The tyrosine peptide-polypyrrole supported palladium catalysts (Tyr-peptide@PPy@Pd catalysts) afforded a good catalytic activity in one- pot synthesis of the indolic compounds from 2 haloanilinesin in water.
