제목 Preparation of electrospun Nylon 4.6 nanofiber in binary solvent system
초록 A nanofiber prepared from nylon 4.6 by electrospinning in the binary solvent. All electrospinning condition was performed with polymer concentration 10wt%, flow rate 50㎕/min, applied voltage between 12.5kV and 17.5kV and tip-to-distance(TCD) 7.5cm. The Binary solvent used 90/10 volume ratio made in formic acid/ethanol, formic acid/methanol and formic acid/H2O. The Nylon 4.6 nanofiber were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). The average diameter of electrospun nanofiber was determined with image analyzer(imageJ). It was know that formic acid/methanol solvent prepared nanofiber having 39nm.
