Synthesis of Ultraviolet (UV)-curable diimide urethane acrylates |
초록 |
Herein, we synthesized and characterized a series of novel diimide-diols by reacting cyclic dianhydrides with amino alcohols. We also synthesized novel diimide urethane acrylates by reacting diimide-diols with a diisocyanate and a hydroxyacrylate. The structures of novel diimide-diols and diimide urethane acrylates were determined by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. In addition, the effect of the molecular structure of the diimide on the heat resistance and optical properties (yellow index, haze, and transmittance) of the cured diimide urethane acrylate was investigated. |
