Nowadays, repelling surfaces are required practical applications. Then researchers have tried to make hydrophobic surfaces by roughening materials. However, necessities of omniphobic surfaces rise for anti-fingerprinting, anti-biofouling. In particular, springtail inspire researchers with its intrinsic omniphobicity with stability. Hence, some reports analyze the skin for revealing origin. They observed the skin was composed of micro-roughness with nanostructure. The dual-scale surface had not only omniphobicity, but high stability. However, analytical approach about this system are still challenging. In this work, we fabricated dual-scale system with wrinkle as roughness and nanostructures. Dimension of wrinkle and shape of structures were tunable by controlling processes. We confirmed both were related with performance. Our system showed synergetic effect. As further study, robustness test upon pressure may show our system as new candidate for next-generation omniphobic surface. |
