Microporous carbon nanosheets with redox-active heteroatoms as cathodes of lithium-ion batteries |
초록 |
Nanostructured carbonaceous materials (NCMs) containing oxygen redox centres have recently received attention as faradic electrodes for energy storage. Numerous oxygen redox centres on the surface of NCMs can increase energy density by their pseudocapacitive charge storage, however, decrease electrical properties of NCMs, leading to unfavorable rate capabilities. One possible strategy to boost both energy and power is doping of additional heteroatoms in the carbon structure. Also, nanoporous structure with high specific surface area can lead to enhancement of power characteristics of NCMs. In this study, functionalised and microporous carbon nanosheets (FM-CNSs) were fabricated from biomass by simple heating with KOH, and their electrochemical performances were investigated. |
