제목 Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles Decorated with Multiple Magnetite Nanocrystals for Simultaneous Enhanced MRI, Fluorescence Imaging and Drug Delivery
초록 Fabrication of uniform mesoporous dye-doped silica nanoparticles immobilized with multiple magnetite nanocrystals on the surface (designated as Fe3O4-MSN) enabled simultaneous MRI, fluorescence imaging, and drug delivery. The integration of numerous magnetite nanocrystals on the silica surface resulted in synergistic magnetism that enhanced the MR signal. Small dye molecules incorporated in the silica framework imparted optical imaging modality. In addition, anticancer drug was able to be loaded into the pores of mesoporous silica nanoparticles for drug delivery. In vivo passive targeting of the nanocomposite particles to tumors was also demonstrated.
