제목 Control of Carrier and Thermal Transport with 2-Dimensional Nano Carbon Materials by Structural and Interface Engineering
초록 Here, we are introducing carrier and thermal transport engineering by structural controlling of reduced graphene oxide. Firstly, using colloidal templating method, 3-dimensional porous reduced graphene oxide film was fabricated. This porous structure which has low thermal conductivity, and high electrical conductivity is suitable as a thermoelectric material. Secondly, as a function of doping degree with reduced graphene oxide, thermally activated carrier transport was investigated. Seebeck coefficient which is a parameter showing carrier transport by temperature gradient was investigated. Depending on the energy level, carrier transport was measured, and this result can be a good tool for understanding electronic structure of the materials.
