Enhancement in power conversion efficiency of perovskite soalr cells with surface-treated TiO2 layer |
초록 |
We used metal chlorides for a modification of TiO2 surface, and investigated the effects of this modification on the photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cells (PeSCs). The surface-modified TiO2 films were prepared by soaking the pristine TiO2 in an aqueous metal chloride solution, followed by sintering at an elevated temperature. The resulting films were applied to the n-type semiconducting layer of PeSCs. Compared with a reference device with pristine TiO2 layer, the power conversion efficiency of a PeSC with a surface-modified TiO2 layer was improved due to an enhancement in short-circuit photocurrent and open-circuit voltage. |
