제목 Optimization of synthesis process of MOF-5 materials using design of experiment approach
초록 Sequential design of experiments was employed on optimization ofMOF-5 synthesis. Two experimental designs were applied: firstly, a 2-levelfactorial design for screening and a central composite design one of responsesurface methodology (RSM). In this study, full factorial design of experimentwas used to evaluate the effect of parameters of synthesis temperature,synthesis time and mixing speed on crystallinity of MOF-5. Experiments wereconducted with 16 runs designed by MINITAB 19. ANOVA results depict that the synthesistemperature and time have significant effect on crystallinity of MOF-5(response variable). After screening, central composite design, was performedto optimize acetylene adsorption capacity of MOF-5 based on the synthesisconditions. From the 9 runs designed by MINITAB 19, 2nd order model equationwas calculated by CCD methods.
