제목 Development of Eco-friendly Stable Perovskite Quantum Dots Covered by SiOx under Ambient Condition
초록 Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskites have been intensively studied to apply various optoelectronic devices such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photocatalysis, hydrogen evolution, etc., due to their outstanding photophysical properties. Recent advances have been numerously blossomed to utilize the perovskites to the devices in both laboratory and industry. However, due to their intrinsic issues, such as instability against to humidity/water/oxygen, photostability, and using heavy metals which are harmful to organism. To overcome aforementioned issues, we propose the proof-of-concept to substitute the Pb to non-toxic elements (Cu, Ag, etc.,) with coverage of SiOx and their material/photophysical properties.
