CsPbBr3@SiOx Core-Shell Quantum Dots for their Formation, Electron Transfer, and Photocatalytic Processes: Interaction Beyond the Insulating Boundary |
초록 |
Currently researches about organometallic halide perovskites are one of important themes for renewable energy research fields in nowadays. To commercialize the perovskite-based devices, numerous efforts were applied to enhance stability and performance with reducing energy payback time. To go one step further, through comprehensive both material and photophysical perspectives, we studied how room temperature CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dot synthetic process with silica shell coverage affected to photoinduced electron recombination/transfer process beyond silica shell coverage. Also, due to electron transfer from the core-shell quantum dots to electron transport mediums, we were able to demonstrate photocatalytic degradation 2-mercaptobenzothiazole by forming superoxide ions. This works offers the advanced insights on the comprehensive study about the core shell perovskite quantum dots covered by silica and their detailed photochemistry with renewable energy applications. |
