Various eco-friendly energy is being studied, and solar cells are endless energy sources and have the advantage of not generating additional environmental pollution byproducts. Organic solar cells, which have been studied a lot, can be worked in a liquid state, making it easy to mass-produce and making it possible to produce at a low price. As a study of the photoreactivated layers of organic solar cells, Donor synthesized into the alternating structure of push units and full units, and systematically approached and investigated how this thiophene bridge affects organic solar cells by adjusting the location and number of thiophenes widely used as π-bridge. three type of polymers were synthesised. one is PBDT-FPz, other is PBDT-T-FPz, the other PBDT-DT-FPz. HOMO decreased as thiophene bridge increased. As a result, PBDT-DT-FPz showed the best performance that 5.117mA/cm^2 of Jsc, 0.592V of Voc and 1.664 of PCE |
