제목 | A study on a He coolingsystem for RI production based on high-energy protons |
초록 | This study is an empirical study to design,manufacture and evaluate the He cooling device of the beam irradiation systemgenerated during the target manufacturing process for RI production using ahigh energy (100 MeV) proton beam. An empirical study was conducted to upgradethe production system to stably and efficiently produce medical isotope rawmaterials (Ge-68/Cu-67) by designing to prevent the destruction of the targetin advance. The 100 MeV, energy proton beam generated during high-energy beamirradiation reacts with atoms in the air to form air radiation. In this study,a sealed beam irradiation window was designed, and empirical studies wereconducted along with transcriptional simulation to see if the temperature risecontrol of the target chamber window could be controlled by the He gas coolingsystem. |
