제목 The Roles of Antimony in V-based SCR Catalysts through the Synthesis of Vanadium and Antimony.
초록 In recent years, because the generation of particulate materials is largely influenced by NOX, emission regulations for nitrogen oxides have been strengthened. A widely used method for removing these NOX is selective catalytic reduction (SCR) using ammonia as reductant. Through these processes, NOx can be converted into harmless N2 and H2O using NH3. Many previous studies have been carried out on various metal effects through the structure formation of MexVOy and doped methods by synthesizing V2O5 and various metals in order to expand operation temperature window. These also carried out to simultaneously enhance the durability and SCR performance. Sb had positive effects on inhibiting the adsorption of SO2 and performance of catalysts when it was added to V2O5/TiO2 as a promoter to replace V2O5/WO3/TiO2. The performance can be enhanced at a low temperature by enhancing the oxygen mobility in the catalyst. In summary, we examine the effects on promoting performance of the V2O5/TiO2 catalysts and various deactivation factors through the identification of roles of Sb.
