Studies on thermal degradation of flame retardant composites |
| 초록 |
We studied the kinetics of thermal degradation of flame retardant composites for electronic component. The composites with halogenated flame retardant showed good flame retardancy and some of them showed good physical properties for electrical insulating material. UV cure behaviors were studied by differential photo calroimeter and thermal degradations were stuied in air by thermogravimetric analysis. The activation energies of the degradation were calculated using the methods of Kissinger, Friedman and Vachuska-Voboril methods. |
