Cinnamoyl polyethyleneimine (CinPEI) and cinnamoyl poly(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-methylmethacrylate) (CinP(HEA-MMA)), using for photo-inducing dimerization to prepare microgels |
초록 |
Cross-linking cinnamoyl polyethyleneimine (CinPEI) and cinnamoyl poly(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-methylmethacrylate) (CinP(HEA-MMA)) were used to prepare temperature-responsive microgels by illumination. The molar ratio of PEI to cinnamoyl group and P(HEA-MMA) to cinnamoyl group were calculated by 1H NMR spectrum.The air/water interfacial tension of CinPEI/CinP(HEA-MMA) mixture solution was much lower than that of CinPEI solution and that of CinP(HEA-MMA) solution. The shape and size of microgels were observed on TEM photos. When a UV light (365 nm, 400W) was irradiated to the suspension of microgels, the mean diameter of that particles increased .And, it decreased with increasing temperature. The absolute value of the negative zeta potential increased with increasing the temperature. And, it decreased with increasing the irradiation time. |
