제목 Doping level optimization of PEDOT:PSS via semi-batch process
초록 Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS), one of the conductive polymers, is attracting attention as a next generation transparent electrode. So it needs high transmittance and conductivity. In this work, the semi-batch process was used to control the doping level of PEDOT to improve the transmittance and conductivity. The semi-batch synthesis can control the rate of polymerization and the structure of the product by controlling the monomer feed rate. The absorption, optical properties(Transmittance, Haziness, b*… etc.), Raman spectra, AFM, and electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS were evaluated. As a result, we demonstrated the method of increased transmittance and electrical conductivity of PEDOT:PSS.
