제목 Photopolymerization of multifunctional acrylates studied by FT-IR spectroscopy
초록 Multifunctional acrylate, UV curable material, has a critical influence on the chemical and physical properties of a photoresist. In this research, to understand the UV cure mechanism, several factors such as film thickness, photoinitiator concentration, UV intensity, and substrates are varied. Photopolymerization is studied by estimating the reaction conversion of a multifunctional acrylate and the reaction rate in an initial step. In addition, the comparative study of various photoinitiators is performed in the same condition.
