제목 Aromatic Polyimid Containing Azobenzene as a Side Group: Synthesis, Characterization and Two-Dimensional Correlation Infrared Spectroscopy
초록 A photosensitive polyimide (PSPI) bearing azobenzene moieties in the side groups was synthesized. And thermal properties of the polyimide were investigated under a dry nitrogen atmosphere by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Differential thermal analysis (DSC). Photochemisty and photoreactivity of PSPI in thin films were investigated by 2D correlation analysis which combined with FTIR and UV-absorption spectroscopy. The correlation and the reorientation of different segmental unit were monitored by 2D IR correlation analysis during photoirradiation. Rotating conformers of polyimide main chains and azobenzene side groups were also identified. In addition, the alignment behavior of liqudid-crystal (LC) molecules on the surfaces of PSPI films irradiated with linearly polarized ultraviolet light (LPUVL) was investigated.
