제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polyimides Having Thermally Cross-linkable Groups
초록 A series of polyimides (PIs) were synthesized by two-step method polymerization. A series of PIs were prepared by the reaction of 3,3',4,4'-Biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and synthesized diamine monomer containing p-phenylene diacryloyl moieties. The cast films were dried and heated gradually up to 250℃, depending upon the stability and glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polymer. The molecular structures of the PIs were characterized by means of fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). The physical and mechanical properties of the free standing PI films were evaluated by various techniques. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed that the excellent thermal stability of polyimides makes it possible to use high temperatures processes.
