제목 Synthesis and Properties of Polyimide Films Containing Ethynyl Groups in Chain
초록 Aromatic polyimides are well-known for high thermal stability and excellent solvent resistance, as well as excellent mechanical properties. In this study, we introduced crosslinkable acetylene moieties in backbone of PMDA-ODA based polyimide (PI) and the thermo-mechanical properties were compared to those of crosslinked PIs obtained from amine or anhydride end-cappers having ethynyl groups. Polyamic acid precursor (PAA) films were prepared by solution casting method and the imidization/crosslinking of PAA films were proceeded over 350℃. The mechanical and thermal properties of cured polyimide molecular composite films were characterized using DSC, TGA, UTM, etc.
