0D Cs4PbX6 perovskites are one of cesium lead halide derivatives, it has a wide band-gap toabsorb only the UV region, unlike other derivatives. For that reason, it isattracting attention as an ideal candidate as a next-generation material in optoelectronics that requires the property of having a wide band-gap. To fully utilize the property of insulators in many applications, itis important to synthesize Cs4PbX6 perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs) without phase mixing and defects. Here, we synthesized Cs4PbX6 PNCs without defects and phase mixing using hydrogen halide(HX)-mediated method. Since the Cs:Pb:Xratio was reacted matching to the product formula by adding HX, Cs4PbX6 PNCs could be synthesized without defects. And, phase mixing could be prevented by controlling H2O in sample, as the result, we could gain pure Cs4PbX6 PNCs in high yield. |
