Preparation of glycol chitosan- fucoidan nanocomplex by ionic interaction for antiinflammatory application |

To improve the bioavailability efficiency of fucoidan, glycochitosan- fucoidan nanocomplex(GC-FuNaP) has been investigated. We the anti-inflammatory activities of the GC-FuNaP were investigated using Raw 264.7 cells treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Treatment with GC-FuNaP showed 100% or more cell viability at the concentration 200ppm. The protein expression of iNOS, and COX-2 as observed by western blotting, was decreased by GG-FuNaP. In conclusion, GC-FuNaP may affect inflammatory factors as a potential anti-inflammatory agent. These GC-FuNaP would prove useful application in the functional food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. |
