제목 Study on the Characterization of Footwear Parts by Plasma Treatment
초록 Polymer materials used in the footwear industry are added the chemicals that are formulated in the process of forming and various materials, such as processing oil, apply to facilitate the processing. These substrate are reacted easily on the substrate and are prevented the interfacial adhesion. Due to this reason, bonding process of footwear must be included the surface cleaning or the surface buffing. Buffing process concentrate the labor on the bonding process and is harmful to the production environment, and increase the reject rate. Due to these reasons, the research on improving the adhesion of the surface of rubber materials has increased considerably. The objective of this study was the development of process to simplify the pre-treatment of footwear parts with three dimensional shape and to enhance the productivity.
