| 제목 | Characteristics of α-tocopherol loaded nanostructured lipid carriers and their stability effect |
| 초록 | Nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) are partial-crystallized lipid particles which are dispersed in an aqueous phase containing emulsifiers. NLCs can be a useful delivery system because of high drug loading, encapsulation efficiency and stability. In this study, α-tocopherol loaded NLCs were carried out for improving their oxidative stability and making cosmetic application. The particle size and entrapment efficiency of NLCs were examined. The formation of liquid crystalline phase and its thermal properties were investigated by polarized optical microscopy and DSC. Oxidative stability of α-tocopherol by loading in the NLCs were verified through DPPH test. |
