제목 | Investigation on the effects of embedded-hyaluronic acid concentration on osteoblast growth in PCL scaffold |
초록 | poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) scaffolds for hard tissue engineering provide the potential for improvement of mechanical properties in tension and compression while exhibiting the viscoelastic response found in hydrogel and native cartilage tissue. We investigated the impact of a embedment of hyaluronic acid in highly porous PCL scaffolds fabricated from HA-based hydrogel combined with PCL. The physical and biological properties of the fabricated scaffolds were analyzed using scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope together with cell assays for adhesion and proliferation.
