제목 | Fabrication and characterization of K3V5O14 pigment thin films |
초록 | Abstract K3V5O14 powders were prepared by WASSR reaction at 400℃ for 6h. The average size and size distribution of the synthesized K3V5O14 powders were below 3μm and narrow, respectively. Inorganic binder was synthesized by sol-gel process based on silica. Coating solution was prepared by mixing with inorganic binder and K3V5O14 powders. Phase of the coating layer was measured by XRD. The microstructure and composition of the coating layer were measured by SEM and EDS. The color, spectral reflectance and spectral absorption of the coating layer were measured with a colorimeter and UV-Vis. The thickness of the coating layer was 10 ~ 25μm, the adhesion was 5B and the hardness was 8H. The color of the pigment is vivid red. The L* value is 52.1, the a* value is 35.75 and the b* value is 19.06. |
