제목 Surface-Mediated Vertical Phase Separation of Metal Organic Frameworks/Polythiophene blended Film
초록 Flexible, reliable, lightweight and highly sensitive polymer based humidity sensor was suggested by inserting metal organic frameworks (MOFs) in the semiconducting layer, which organic-inorganic hybrid material. The blended film showed extreme device sensitivity with enhanced electrical current and threshold voltage shift compared to the pristine polymer film due to the superior porosity and gas adsorbing property of MOFs. In addition, surface energy of the substrate was controlled with self- assembled monolayers (SAMs) to induce variation in MOF distribution. Vertical phase separation was examined in hydrophilic surface and it showed high sensitivity than hydrophobic surface. Furthermore, dynamic gas sensing test proposed that the hybrid sensors displayed reliable and stable performance with fast response/recovery time. This study sensitive, stable gas sensors and we expect that this strategy can improve organic semiconductor based gas sensor technologies.
