제목 Design and In-situ synthesis of Magnesium vanadate anchored on rGO for electrochemical determination of antibiotic drug sulfadiazine in real samples
초록 Developing a versatile and novel electrochemical sensor for rapid detection of sulfadiazine (SFZ) is quite necessary, as the antibiotic drug causes severe adverse effects both for humankind and ecological system. A novel electrocatalyst is quite necessary for rapid and real-time analysis to this we have chosen magnesium vanadate (MgV) anchored on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) for electrochemical determination of SFZ. Here, the MgV/rGO provided excellent characteristic properties exhibiting electron-hole pair following first order brillouin zone using first order kinetics. FE-SEM displays MgV anchored on rGO with a well-defined spherical shape, without any comprehensive agglomeration. The prepared MgV/rGO nanocomposite was coated on GCE which displayed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for SFZ with a Limit of Detection of 11.7 nM with an ultra-high sensitivity of 83.17 µAµM-1cm-2, which established a new selectivity by interfering with co-existing antibiotic, cationic and anionic compounds. Real-time analysis was carried in human blood, urine, river water, industrial water and tap water to identify and determine the traces of SFZ.
