제목 Simple Solvent-Engineering for Fabrication of High-Performance and Thermally Robust Polymer Nanowire Field-Effect Transistors
초록 Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted great interests from both academic and industrial research because of their appealing merits including solution-processability, light and flexible nature with high charge carrier mobility. Among various types, OFETs based on conjugated polymers (CPs) have received particular attention in recent years due to their facile thin-film formation, enhanced operational stability and uniform electrical performances. In this work, we report a simple but very effective solvent engineering method for the fabrication of high-mobility diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymer nanowires. Field-effect transistors based on the proposed method exhibit an impressive hole mobility of over 4.0 cm2 V-1s-1 without any post-deposition treatments and thermal stability.
