Polymer solar cells with in-situ reduced graphene oxide hole transport layer via spray process |
초록 |
Polymer-fullerene based bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells are the highly promising candidates for cost-efficient next generation power source because of their properties including simple fabrication procedure, low-cost materials, and physical flexibility. Among various issues for commercialization of BHJ solar cells, development of promising inter layer replacing strong acid poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) has been emerged to improve efficiency as well as long-term stability. As an alternative to PEDOT:PSS, we demonstrate moderately reduced graphene oxide as hole transport layer in polymer solar cells via thermal assisted spray process, which is very compatible with roll-to-roll based typical manufacturing lines and effective to realize large area devices. For better performance, study on the doping effect of GO also will be discussed. |
