제목 Surface Passivation Effect of Funcitionalized Fluornated Polymers on Organic-Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cell
초록 Recent developments of organic-inorganic perovskite solar cell have boosted up the possiblility of the commercialization of low cost solution processable photovoltaic technology within few years in the future. In this special researching area, control of electrical properties as well as its physical defects such as pinholes, voids, grain boundaries have been considered as a critical route for high performance perovskite solar cell device. Surface passivation of crystalline perovskite film can be one of the solutions to solve the obstacles in both electrical properties and physical defects. We systematically designed composite of functionalized polymer with ionic liquid, and applied it on perovskite poly-crystal surface, sucessfully passivated perovskite defects and modified energy landscape between perovskite film and electron transport layer. Finally, we obtained enhanced photovoltaic performance using our carefully designed functionalized polymer with ionic liquid composite.
